Introduction Texas Collaborative Studio and Our Portfolio of Artists Gail is a local artist that was born in San Francisco. She studied art at the San Francisco Art Institute; San Jose State, Ca; and Glassell, Houston, TX. She received fellowships from Centre E’Etudes D’Architecture et D’Urbanisme, Saninte, France also Yaddo Colony of the Arts, Sarasota Springs N.Y. and Millay Colony for the Arts, Steepletop, NY. She is a well-established artist that has shown her work statewide, nationally and internationally. Gail is represented in Houston by Koelsch Gallery.
